Help Desk Analyst

Our Columbus, Ohio client has a fully onsite contract need for a Help Desk Analyst who will primarily be responsible for the following:
 
Responsibilities:
  • 30% preparing desktops, laptops, monitors and other IT accessories for use by the end user. End users could include SOS personnel both in office and remote, and could also include reporting computers.
  • 50% must have experience in Microsoft Technology as well as Mac computers for support to users with that technology or equipment. 50% of this role will involve troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware and other questions related to those items and issues.
  • 20% previous experience in State Government IT help desk or similar field is preferred.
 
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office products in a work environment
  • 1 year of experience supporting Mac products
  • 2 years of customer service focused support to the operation
