Workday Grants Consultant – remote
Seeking an experienced Workday Grants Consultant for a 4- to 6-week contract to review and assess our Workday Grants setup completed by our internal team. The consultant will bring deep expertise in Workday Grants implementations, providing best practice recommendations while identifying and resolving any gaps or inefficiencies in the current configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the Workday Grants module implementation.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or potential improvements in the current setup.
- Provide best practice recommendations based on experience with multiple Workday Grants implementations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss findings and suggest strategic improvements.
- Assist in optimizing configurations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement and document necessary changes or improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Workday Grants implementation, with experience across multiple organizations.
- Strong understanding of best practices in Workday Grants configuration and optimization.
- Ability to analyze existing setups, identify gaps, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Prior experience in healthcare or nonprofit grant management is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within a short-term engagement.
