We have two direct hire openings for Volunteer Coordinators to join our client’s Business Partnerships team. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for corporate partners like OSU Wexner Medical Center, AEP, Cardinal Health, and Bath & Body Works, helping them activate their social impact strategies through hands-on employee volunteerism. These are execution-heavy roles managing the full lifecycle of high-touch service initiatives—sometimes up to 200 projects per partner.
**Hybrid – Columbus, Ohio-based
This is not a role for someone who wants to “just save the world.” We need tech-savvy professionals who understand that strong execution and professional communication are just as important as passion for the mission.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership & Client Management
- Act as a relationship manager for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat engagement
- Provide strategic guidance for civic engagement efforts and translate goals into scalable volunteer programs
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and anticipate future needs
Volunteer Experience Planning & Execution
- Coordinate, post, and manage volunteer projects using tools like Monday.com and internal platforms
- Ensure seamless signups, communications, and logistics for each project
- Lead in-person projects when needed and procure/transport supplies as needed
- Support company-wide initiatives like WISH, supply drives, and fundraising events
Program Ops & Impact Reporting
- Upload stories and visuals from projects to support storytelling and reporting
- Track and analyze volunteer engagement data
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by implementing feedback and trends
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in program coordination, project/event management, or similar roles
- A professional, polished communicator with experience managing business relationships
- Comfort working with large, structured clients (e.g., 10k+ employees)
- A problem solver who can juggle multiple deadlines while keeping partners informed and happy
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Bonus points for experience in the nonprofit or green business sector or managing student-led service orgs
- Familiarity with Columbus’ nonprofit and CSR landscape is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work occasional nights and weekends
