Content Licensing Coordinator – part time, remote

A part time, remote contract role is currently available with our client for a Content Licensing Coordinator who will provide support to the Content Licensing team by processing invoices, creating purchase requisitions and ensuring that external users can access client tools and systems. Performs administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics and other tasks as needed.

**Flexible hours 7am to 5-6pm anywhere in US time zones

**Total 30 hours per week.



  • Process invoices through proprietary client system.
  • Create purchase requisitions for assigned products using proprietary client system.
  • Complete system onboarding requests (Okta, DAL, bento, and others) for authors, SMEs, and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics such as arranging meals.
  • Other tasks (data entry, data organization, etc) as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Associate Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) – Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills

  • Time management skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Proficiency with MS Office products.

  • Self Starter

  • Independent but still need to be able to communicate

  • Analytical

  • Problem solver

  • Someone who likes spreadsheets and data entry
  • Technical troubleshooting experience – Preferred
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint – Preferred
