Position Overview:

  • Experienced in creating scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Preferred experience in managing projects for ROW or electric transmission.
  • Full-time position requiring five days a week, with travel involved.
  • Assigned to small to large transmission line and transmission station projects in various regions.
  • Location requirement: Corpus Christi, TX or surrounding area.
  • Not a field position.

Designation: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Onsite work required initially.



  • Manage and coordinate a ROW portfolio of small to large transmission projects.
  • Direct right-of-way vendors, including internal and contract resources.
  • Provide guidance, coordination, and effective communication throughout project phases.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget and timelines.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and project sponsors.
  • Facilitate meetings, update project budgets and schedules monthly.


  • Oversee multiple projects or program areas within a matrix team environment.
  • Collaborate on scope completion, estimates, and ROW acquisition.
  • Develop relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Assist with legal counsel, project management, and expert witness activities.
  • Experience with permitting.


  • Proficient in Project Management and/or ROW Acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Knowledgeable in GIS Mapping systems, real estate values, and estimating practices.
  • Ability to review maps, drawings, surveys, and project reports.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in relevant field with related experience.
  • Additional Requirements (e.g., communication skills, conflict management, organizational skills).
  • Valid driver’s license required; occasional travel within service territory.
