Client Success Architect (Account Manager) is needed for a direct hire opening in Columbus, Ohio. To help build a smart, effective communications strategy for a mix of clients, the role will partner closely with clients and account teams.


Hybrid 2 days in office

This role is the quarterback of a team and the face of the client … nurturing relationships, developing communication strategies, and overseeing implementation sums up a day in the life, but every day is different. The perfect candidate is deadline-driven, results-oriented, and has a knack for business.



  • Partner with client’s Communication Strategy and Innovation + Growth departments to develop communication strategies that capitalize on the right message with the right audience at the right time.
  • Take ownership of delivery the highest possible quality of service and work by ensuring deliverables and results are produced on-time, are accurate, visually appealing, and clear and succinct.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with integrated clients by identifying opportunities to surprise and delight them, lead creative brainstorming efforts, and connect them with new people and opportunities.
  • In addition to being hands on with your client workload, oversee Client Success Managers on their client work to ensure quality and impact.
  • Act as a mentor to up-and-coming team members and ensure they understand the fundamentals of client experience.
  • Implement strategies and lead conversations to discover and see through organic growth opportunities with clients.
  • Act as the liaison between cross-functional internal teams ensuring that client needs are understood and satisfied.
  • Oversee monthly Impact Reports – short, data-driven recap reports that deliver insights and recommendations for fine-tuning strategy moving forward.
  • Personify client’s House Rules and inspire others on the team to do the same. Always lead by example.
  • Support an environment of people and teams that value collaboration, teamwork, and exceeding client expectations.


Requirements of the position:

  • Minimum 7 years experience at other agencies or within a communications discipline at forward-thinking, fast-paced organizations
  • A degree in journalism, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of public relations and communications industry and strategy
  • Agency experience
