Chicago, IL client has a contract opening for an Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to assigned managers. Provides financial and expense processing support for assigned disciplines.

 

**Willing to work onsite in the Chicago office upon request (max 2-3 days a week a couple of times a month)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as project coordinator for meetings and special events
  • Provide on-board and off-board processing for employees in assigned disciplines
  • Maintain database information and files for per diem consultants
  • Proactively compile and analyze data from department leaders in order to develop monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Serve as part of the administrative resources team
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all internal and external customers
  • Maintain confidentiality

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent business writing and grammar skills
  • Five years experience providing administrative support
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times and capable of shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Quick Learner/Ability to Multitask
  • Vaccinated worker required for this role
