Content Licensing Coordinator – part time remote

A part time, remote contract role is currently available with our client for a Content Licensing Coordinator who supports the Content Licensing team administrative needs including, but not limited to:
 
  • Processing of Invoices and New Vendor Set Up
  • Follow up on invoice questions from rights holder vendors and corresponding with Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile purchase orders with final costs
  • Download invoices from 123RF monthly
  • Smartsheet template set ups after c26 assignments are made
  • Gather previous edition PDFS/files for c26 PDRs
  • Assisting with data entry into the Global Permission System
  • Manage team assignments within iPub and GPS
  • Manage marketing team requests for DAL images
  • Confirmation research on cover images
  • Serve as a backup for other coordinators
  • Request and process comp copies upon project completion
  • Other tasks as needed
**6 hours per day; Max- 30 hours per week**
