Help Desk Analyst contractor is needed in Irvine, CA who will provide first call service with respect to Help Desk/LAN technical situations. Provides office-wide IT support to personnel on a variety of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • HelpDesk support and IT skills experience to troubleshoot with minimum one plus year
  • Need to have broadband connection
  • Looking for candidates with skills relevant to Windows 10; MS Office; OS Support
  • Hours will be Monday through Friday – by Manager
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Set up office IT equipment and software.
