A Help Desk Analyst contractor is needed in Irvine, CA who will provide first call service with respect to Help Desk/LAN technical situations. Provides office-wide IT support to personnel on a variety of issues.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- HelpDesk support and IT skills experience to troubleshoot with minimum one plus year
- Need to have broadband connection
- Looking for candidates with skills relevant to Windows 10; MS Office; OS Support
- Hours will be Monday through Friday – by Manager
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Set up office IT equipment and software.
