A short-term contract position is available in Marion, Ohio for an HR Administrative Assistant who is responsible for managing administrative functions and performing complex and diverse administrative duties in the Human Resources department.


**Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30a-1:30p onsite and finish rest of day from home, then fully remote Friday.



  • Minimum three or more ( 3 +) years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (no Minimum Experience required with degree).
  • Word processing and alphabetical filing skills.
  • Excellent typing skills and experience with Lotus Notes.
  • Three or more years clerical experience with demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
