The HR OCM Project Manager in this contract role supports the PMO office in driving operational excellence across the HR organization and collaborating with partners in preparation for an HCM implementation.  The OCM Project Manager will exhibit a curiosity and willingness to engage in new or unfamiliar areas of the business to provide direction or stability in their project workstream or documentation needs. The OCM Project manager will work in concert with HR teams and workstreams to help mitigate PMO governance acceptance concerns and to collect additional needs.

 

**Hybrid is preferred: 2-4 days onsite

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform organizational support tasks up to and including ownership of project workstreams.
  • Maintain oversight of assigned project workstream load and exhibit ability to communicate status clearly and concisely to leadership team.
  • Support PMO Office Requests Including: Customized education, tool modification, oversight of deliverables, and health monitoring.
  • Perform support functions for teams across HR and HCM project workstreams.
  • Build cross departmental relationships to drive collaboration.
  • Provide analytical analysis and guidance regarding potential opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of organizational change management experience
  • PMP Preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Experience creating tools or content for solutioning support
  • Workday experience
  • Prior HCM Systems Implementations experience
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and communicate deliverable expectations
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability handling multiple priorities
  • Skilled with content creation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great communication skills
