Level D&I Solutions is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to support our Columbus, Ohio office. This person will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be organized and self-motivated, outgoing, comfortable meeting new people frequently, and able to form lasting relationships.

Responsibilities of a Technical Recruiter:

  • Responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates, providing resume review and coaching, preparing candidates for interviews, assisting in the onboarding process, and ensuring candidate retention.
  • Use our ATS (JobAdder), Indeed, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various other job search platforms to find and connect with potential candidates
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video chat, or in-person
  • Maintain regular communication with active candidates and placed consultants
  • Use our ATS to review job applicants and update candidate profiles
  • Serve as an agent for underrepresented candidates; work to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunity
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Attend manager and client calls on open positions
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Maintain partnerships with various advocacy groups to reach a broader candidate base
  • Attend networking events

Qualifications of a Technical Recruiter:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy (able to use Apple, Cloud, Google, and Microsoft Office products)
  • High-energy and passion for diversity and inclusion
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably in agency-recruiting
  • Must be able to work in EST
